How much do services cost?

All services at Vida are free! We do not bill or charge insurance companies for services. Contact us today to set up an appointment.

If I am under the age of 18, do I need my parent’s permission to come into the clinic?

No. You can call 920-731-4354 and schedule your own appointment. Testing and treatment is confidential and free.

Is a visit to your clinic confidential?

Yes, all of our services are confidential and free.

What are your hours of operation?

Vida Medical Clinic in Appleton is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Vida Medical Clinic in Fond du Lac location is open Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Where is Vida located?

Vida Medical Clinic has multiple locations throughout the Fox Valley region of Wisconsin. Vida Medical Clinic in Appleton (720 W. Association Dr. Appleton, WI 54914) and Vida Medical Clinic in Fond du Lac (207 Main St. Ste. #1 Fond du Lac, WI 54935).

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Yes. We may need to see you for part of your appointment alone, but your support person can be there for most of your appointment.

What do I need to bring to an appointment?

Please bring a photo I.D. for an appointment in the Medical Clinic.

How often should I get a pap?

A pap test is recommended for all women between the ages of 21- 65 years old. If the test result is normal, the test can be done every 3-5 years depending on age and past history.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins are welcome. Appointments are encouraged so we can be prepared for your first visit.

If I have an STI, can you cure me?

We can provide treatment that can cure chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trichomoniasis.

Can I get an abortion at Vida?

Vida does not perform or refer for an abortion. However, we do provide education, medical grade pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, abortion pill reversal, STI treatment and a medical consultation with a licensed medical professional to help you consider your options while making a pregnancy decision.

If I have taken the first dose of the abortion pill and regret my decision, is it too late?

It may not be too late.  Every woman has the right to change her mind and deny further medication. There are various opinions on abortion pill reversal in the medical community; however, if you want to speak to a provider that offers this protocol, this can be arranged for you.
