We do not provide or refer for abortions at Vida; we are here to help you understand all of your options so that you can make an informed decision.
For your health and safety, Vida Medical Clinic provides critical services necessary before obtaining an abortion. Confidential lab quality pregnancy testing and ultrasound is provided at no cost to you to answer three key questions:
1) Is there a pregnancy inside the uterus?
2) How far along are you in weeks and days from your last menstrual period and estimated delivery date?
3) Is there a heartbeat versus possible miscarriage? (The ultrasound will determine which abortion procedure can be done.)
STI testing is recommended prior to having an abortion. Our clinic is equipped to provide STI testing at the same time as your pregnancy test. Treatment will be provided at no cost to you, if positive. Click here for more information about STI testing and treatment at Vida.
